Multi-file sharing
Select saved files
- 1Open your dashboard. File checkboxes are always visible.
- 2Filter by file type and use Select all filtered files. Changing filters clears selection. ZIP and sharing support up to 15 (Plus) or 25 (Pro) eligible files; Delete processes larger selections in groups of up to 25. Clear selection resets the selection.
- 3One selected file uses Download. With two or more files, paid users can choose Download ZIP; Share, Copy Link and Send create a private collection. Review expiration before confirming.
Private collection links
Share copies one collection link. Send emails that link with the collection name, file count and expiration; it never attaches files. Recipients can view or download files and prepare Download All without an account.
Expiration and revocation
Collection access ends when the earliest selected file expires. Sharing never extends file storage. Open Shared Collections in your dashboard to reopen, copy, send or revoke a collection. Deleting a member ends collection access. Existing deliveries last at most 60 seconds.
ZIP limits and deletion
ZIPs support 15 files on Plus or 25 on Pro, 250 MiB of combined converted outputs and a 300 MiB completed archive. Processing has a 180-second deadline. Archives expire within one hour, or sooner with the collection. Large or unavailable selections retain individual downloads. Remove any unavailable item from the selection and try again.
Free and paid registered users can select and delete files after confirming the count. Storage cleanup retries if needed. Deletion does not erase conversion quota history.
