Pricing questions
Is there a trial?
No. Plus and Pro billing begins immediately. Browser tools remain free to everyone.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Use your account to open Stripe Customer Portal. Plus to Pro upgrades take effect immediately with proration. Pro to Plus downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What if a payment or conversion fails?
Failed conversions never consume allowance. Failed renewals follow Stripe payment recovery; access ends when the subscription is unpaid, canceled or otherwise no longer entitled.
What happens to saved files?
Existing expiration timestamps do not change when you upgrade or downgrade. Download files before they expire. Their share links expire at the same time.
Will I see ads?
Paid plans are ad-free. Free may include ads in the future; this release does not display ads.
