How to Crop an Image With Exact Pixels
Choose one still image, select Freeform, Original, Square or a landscape or portrait ratio, then drag or enter exact X, Y, width and height values before creating the cropped output.
Crop ImageChoose a still image
Crop Image supports the existing validated JPG, JFIF, PNG, still WebP, HEIC/HEIF, single-frame GIF, BMP, TIFF and AVIF inputs. Animated and multi-frame images are rejected rather than flattened.
Set the crop
- 1Choose Freeform or a locked aspect-ratio preset.
- 2Move and resize the selection with touch, mouse, keyboard or exact pixel fields.
- 3Review the source-pixel width and height, choose a supported output format and crop the image.
How the private preview works
A bounded orientation-normalized preview is stored temporarily in private storage. The final crop is always made from the validated original, not the lower-resolution preview. Cropping does not upscale the selected region.
Download or share the result
After successful processing, use the existing View, Send and Download actions. The output follows the same private storage and expiration rules as other converted files.
