Select 2 or more still JPG, PNG or WebP images, arrange the frames, set timing, looping, dimensions, Fit or Crop, background and quality, preview the sequence, then create the GIF.

Build and arrange the animation

  1. 1Add supported still images within your account limit.
  2. 2Drag frames or use Move earlier and Move later to set the authoritative order.
  3. 3Set individual frame durations from 0.1 to 10 seconds, or apply one duration to every frame.
  4. 4Preview the sequence, then create and download the GIF.

Timing, speed and looping

The default frame duration is 0.5 seconds. You can play once, choose 2–100 total playthroughs, or loop continuously. The displayed duration is one complete playthrough.

Dimensions, Fit, Crop and backgrounds

Automatic dimensions use the smallest source width and smallest source height across all selected images, regardless of frame order. This gives every frame one consistent canvas while allowing larger images to be reduced without enlarging smaller images. Custom dimensions retain the same no-upscaling rule.

  • Fit shows the complete image, centered with transparent, white, black or validated custom-color padding when its aspect ratio differs from the canvas.
  • Crop proportionally reduces and trims centered content only when the source can fill the canvas without enlargement; otherwise it falls back to centered padding.
  • GIF transparency is binary, so partially transparent pixels can change.

Limits, quality and privacy

Visitors can use 5 images, Free accounts 10 and Pro accounts 25. Each source counts as one conversion only when the grouped job succeeds; failure does not consume conversions. Smaller File, Balanced and Higher Quality trade palette detail against size, but GIF may still be larger than a source. Private temporary processing, retention and sharing follow the current service rules.

  • Animated WebP and existing GIF editing are not supported.
  • Video-to-GIF and GIF frame extraction are not available.
  • The local preview approximates layout and timing, not final palette colors or file size.
